Oh, my goodness what a great book! I can't wait to delve into this series. It is my new binge read series and I started it just in time to fill the void that was created with the ending of the Night Huntress series and the wait for the next Black Dagger Brotherhood book. If you are fans of well developed, sexy, and open ended paranormal reads this will be a great series to give a chance. I gave this a shot as a audio book and really enjoyed it. I'll be giving more audio books a try in the future.
Kiss of Midnight is a stellar example of what a first book in a series should be. The story is entertaining, engrossing, and presents just enough information about the secondary characters to leave you yearning for more! Since this is a well established series I won't go into detail about the story that has already been done many times already. Just know that I am now happily bouncing along on the Midnight Breed bandwagon and anticipate loving every minute!
