As a nod to spine tingling reads for October, today's Throwback Thursday is Misery by Stephen King. I found a nice hardback copy of Misery along with several other Stephen King books in a thrift store earlier this year. I haven't read it, but I have seen and enjoyed the movie. King is one of those authors that I keep saying that I am going to read, but haven't gotten around to. Maybe I'll get to Misery soon since I already know that I can handle it. I don't usually see a movie and then read the book, but it's been a long time since I saw the movie and I'm sure that the book has more details so hopefully it'll still be an enjoyable read for me.
