This is another story of a woman getting sent back into the past and having to adjust rather quickly to a foreign time and place. Adrienne, who has run from her own troubles in New Orleans to Seattle, suddenly finds herself thrown back in time to medieval Scotland and having to impersonate the woman who is supposed to marry the Scottish warrior known as Hawk. The story is well written and I enjoyed the added bonus of the Fae to the story line. If you haven't read any of KMM's books before and you enjoy hunky Scottish warriors read Kiss of the Highlander first. It'll get you hooked on the world of the MacKeltar clan who are Scottish druids who each have obstacles to their own HEAs.
