One Ride & Forever Ride (The Hellions Ride 1 & 2) by Chelsea Camaron Reviews

20309461

Forever Ride gives us Tank and Sass' story in detail. Tank has suffered from the confrontation to take down Dellatore and has a long road of recovery ahead. Sass is still running from the MC world and all of the danger and chaos that comes with it. The reader gets a good glimpse into Tank's history and what has made him the man that he is. Tank didn't feel that he had it in him to give Sass what she needs while Sass has decided that the stability and safety she craves lies with Nick. For Sass, Nick represents all that is normal and secure and she is determined to have that life for herself.

I enjoyed Tank's character, but Sass was a bit more of an effort on my part. Sass' desire for the"normal" that mainstream society finds acceptable and desirable caused her to make decisions that were a little annoying. While I could understand why she would run from the danger she knows, she allowed that fear to blind her to the immediate danger to herself. Sass was so busy running from her past that she ran head long into a dangerous future.

This edition of the Hellions Ride series is a more compact story than book 1 and there isn't as much from secondary characters. We do get the set up for book 3 Merciless Ride, that will be the history between Rex and Tessie; and more importantly, the simple foundation for book four Innocent Ride that will follow the possible relationship between Rec and Caroline. I am really looking forward to book four. Their story will make for a good tension filled love affair. Hellion's Ride is a completely enjoyable MC series and I look forward to continuing the ride!

Happy Reading!

Synopsis

Events happen in life that can awaken our truest and deepest desires. They also show us our greatest fears. Sometimes we are forced to face those fears, other times we build walls that can't be broken to protect ourselves.

A profound connection these two once shared. A strong friendship once formed was shattered. Fate has stepped in and shaken both their worlds.

The danger, the wild, the chaos, and the lifestyle of the Hellions world has become far too much for Savannah 'Sass' Perchton. Swearing off bikers and attempting a 'normal' life, she has settled. She's committed to Nick, her country club, pretty boy. She's found a way to be content.

Things aren't always what they seem. Wrap an empty box in pretty paper and a bow, it may look amazing, but it's still a hollow shell.

He's a Hellions playboy. A different chick in his bed, off on a different ride, and always something new. He's Frank the 'Tank' Oleander, Haywood's Hellions Road Chief. Throttle down and life is good.

The fast pace of the Hellions life catches up to him. At a crossroads, he's forced to face some life changing thoughts or succumb to the darkness of death. Teetering on the brink of giving in, her voice is all he's holding onto. The coma he can't pull himself out of, but her voice is the light in the darkness. He wants the girl who pulled him through when his life was literally in the balance.

She's sworn off bikers. Can he pull through? Can she ever see past the lifestyle to the heart of the man behind the cut? Will they find their Forever Ride?

Camaron gives her readers a fun ride in this entertaining MC story that revolves around Doll and Tank. Doll is the daughter of Roundman, the Hellions MC  president, and is an indulged, mouthy, MC princess who happens to love the MC lifestyle and all that it entails. Tank is made responsible for Doll on a long ride to get her away from the dangers that are surfacing around the Hellions that will quickly become violent. During the ride Doll and Tank become close quickly however both the MC lifestyle and their individual personalities constantly get in the way of Doll and Tank coming together in the way that Doll wants. Doll knows that nothing less than a biker will do as her happily ever after. I love that Doll loves the life of the MC with all of it's benefits and flaws. She doesn't make excuses for the things that aren't so great, she just accepts the lifestyle and embraces it fully, even when it comes with some heartache. Tank on the other hand doesn't do happily ever after and consistently tries to drive that point home to her. All Tank is willing to offer is protection, a good time, and great sex.

The relationship between Sass and Tank, best friends to Doll and Tank, although secondary is just as interesting without in anyway infringing on the main story. I also look forward to seeing the possibilities between Caroline and Rex, more friends of Doll and Tank, but it looks like I have to wait until book 4 Innocent Ride to get that one. Camaron has done a great job of building interest in the world of the Hellions. There's the requisite roughness and chauvinism exhibited by the male characters, but I don't think that you could have a realistic MC book without that. The lifestyle simply is what it is and you either like or you don't. I have to say that I'm liking it. I like that Doll and Sass both have spirit and a sense of independence while also having the good sense to shut up and stay out of the way when necessary. I don't like it when female characters are written to have more bravado and attitude than good sense. Doll and Sass are realistic women who come from the same world, but end up wanting different things. Their friendship is a good one and I was happy to see it play out the way that it does.

One Ride is a biker story that is more than biker babes, illegal dealings, shoot outs, and crazy hot bikers with attitudes that deliver hot sex. Don't get me wrong there's a bit of that here, but ultimately there's a good story that will keep you entertained from beginning to end.

Happy Reading!

Synopsis

Delilah “Doll” Reklinger never imagined her life with anyone that wasn’t a Hellion. She never imagined there would be a Hellion that could prove himself worthy enough to her father, Roundman, Hellions Club President. Content in living in the bubble of safety the motorcycle club family has always provided, Doll never thought that danger surrounded her.

Roundman has kept the Hellions contained for the last thirty years by controlling the chaos surrounding their lifestyle. When the dangerous side to their business comes knocking on his door, he realizes his precious Doll isn’t safe. The Hellions code may be that women and children are off limits in any altercation or dispute, but that doesn’t mean their enemies follow that same moral compass.

His only child, now in danger from the association to him and his club, Roundman makes a decision. He sends her away with a charter club member that he trusts, in hopes that the trouble won’t follow.

One ride across the country. One simple ride.

Talon “Tripp” Crews has been ordered to take Doll on one ride away and to keep her safe. She’s off limits. His head knows this, but his body can’t deny the attraction. She’s feisty, fierce, and fearless.

Constantly in close confines together, can they deny the chemistry? Will they give into the desire? Can one ride turn lust into love?

~Tank~

She’s in my arms, her body draped across mine. I have not slept one bit.
We left the kitchen after the barbeque and came back to my room on the compound. I have one of the duplexes that really is all my own. My roommates are all married, so usually the place is empty except for me. With the charter clubs here, I have a few people staying over, but they don’t care that Sass is in my bed.
Last night was nothing short of incredible. The hellcat likes it rough and everywhere. I lost count of the orgasms between us. Thinking of it, my dick is ready again. I am sure her pussy needs a break, though. Her ass, too.
Reality hits me like a sledge hammer.
I fucked my brother’s daughter. My boss’s daughter. I fucked one of the untouchable two.
Worse, though, I fucked my friend. Never cross that line. There is no going back. I live my life with no regrets, the words tattooed across my lower stomach, reminding me and every female that goes low, there will be no regrets. Only now, I have gone too far. I don’t regret last night—it was the best damn night I have ever shared with someone—but it shouldn’t have happened.
Looking at her red hair lying across my chest, the contrast against the colors of my tattoos, I don’t want to move. I don’t want this to end, but it must.
Each breath she takes tickles my nipple piercing, reminding me of each bite and tug her mouth gave them mere hours ago. How can I go back to the way things were between us? Every time I see her I’m going to want nothing more than to be balls deep once again.
Maybe with enough space, fresh air, and distance everything will go back to normal. Yeah, normal, that’s what I need.
Smacking her ass playfully, I wake her up. Abruptly, I move out from under her, standing by the bed, watching as she takes in her surroundings and remembers last night.
It’s time to make my clean escape. I make my way to my bathroom, calling out over my shoulder to her, “Time to say goodbye. Gather your stuff up. You found your way to my bed, you can find your way out the damn door.”

Chelsea Camaron was born and raised in Coastal North Carolina. She currently resides in Southern Louisiana with her husband and two children but her heart is always Carolina day dreaming. Chelsea always wanted to be a writer, but like most of us, let fear of the unknown grab a hold of her dream; she realized that if she was going to tell her daughter to go for her dreams, that it was time to follow her own advice. Chelsea grew up turning wrenches alongside her father, and from that grew her love for old muscle cars and Harley Davidson motorcycles, which just so happened to inspired her ‘Daddy’s Girls’ series. Her love for reading has sparked a new love for writing and she currently has a few more projects in the works. When she is not spending her days writing you can find her playing with her kids, attending car shows, going on motorcycle rides on the back of her husband’s Harley, snuggling down with her new favorite book or watching any movie that Vin Diesel might happen to be in. She hates being serious and is still a big kid at heart. She is a small town country girl enjoying life and, Chelsea hopes that her readers remember not to take life too seriously and to embrace your inner five year old, because five year olds know how to enjoy the simple things in life and how to always have fun.
