Day 9 of For Colored Girls Book Club's photo challenge: Favorite Book Cover. Like most book addicts I have lots of favorite covers and I've shared a few already. The cover of Black Orchid Blues by Persia Walker is one that always puts a smile on my face. The woman on the cover illustrates being fabulous and fierce with no apologies. I own both this one and Harlem Redux by Persia Walker and need to get on reading them both. If only I would just buckle down and read my shelves! I do plan to read them this winter though. I also need to get a copy of Darkness and the Devil Behind Me. See? I'm already planning on buying yet another book. I don't have a problem...
