WHEN DARKNESS ENDS, the final book in the Guardians of Eternity series, doesn't disappoint. Cyn and Fallon are well matched which makes for exciting interactions and entertaining dialogue between the two. Distrustful of each other in the beginning Cyn and Fallon have been chosen to prevent the catastrophe that will follow if Armageddon happens. Unimpressed by his charms, Fallon is a princess in her own right, intelligent, powerful, and sure of herself. She doesn't readily fall into Cyn's arms. With the world as they know it being threatened and the Oracle choosing them to save it Cyn and Fallon have to find a way to work together.
WHEN DARKNESS ENDS is an action filled page turner with Cyn and Fallon rushing to save the world from one last persistent evil. A sexy romance with two strong willed people coming together to find love despite a crazed fiancé and difficult challenges. WHEN DARKNESS ENDS represents paranormal goodness populated with vampires, fey, gargoyles, and other supernatural elements. I couldn't ask for more in one story. This is a great ending to the series with an epilogue that will leave you with a smile.
